Auto zoom & motion screen recorder for Windows

The Screen Studio look, on Windows. For $10.

Screen Glide zooms in on every click, smooths your cursor and frames your screen, so a raw recording comes out ready to post. Pay once. No subscription.

Don't take our word for it. Play with it.

This is the real editor engine, running in your browser on a real recording. Drag the zooms, change the shape, pick a backdrop.

You record. It edits.

Use your PC as you always do. The zooms, the smooth cursor and the framing are done the moment you stop.

Auto zoom

Zooms where you click

Every click becomes a shot. The camera eases in, holds while you work there, and eases back out on its own. Nothing to keyframe.

Smooth cursor

A cursor that never jitters

Your cursor is redrawn smooth, at its true size and shape, with a ripple on every click. It fades away while the mouse rests.

Spring camera

Moves like a camera, not a slideshow

Spring physics on every move, a camera that stays still until it has to follow, and motion blur on fast pans.

Backdrops

Framed and ready to post

Rounded corners and a soft shadow on a backdrop: Catppuccin gradients, or blends of your own colors.

Crop

Crop to what matters

Show one window, only the web page in your browser, or any region you draw. After recording, so you never redo a take.

Editor

Trim, cut and speed up

Cut the waits, slow the good parts down, and speed up every idle stretch in one click.

Made for where you post

One click sets the shape, size and frame rate each place asks for. In a tall or square video, the camera follows your cursor across the screen.

Questions

Screen Studio runs only on Mac, and its makers say there are no near-future plans for Windows. Screen Glide is a Windows app built for the same kind of video: it zooms in on your clicks, redraws a smooth cursor and frames your screen, ready to post.

Because it costs almost nothing to run. I built Screen Glide to make promo clips for my own app, FinPal (finpalapp.com). I wanted the smooth, zoomed videos I kept seeing on X, but the app behind them is Mac only, and the Windows tools I tried ran in the browser and felt shaky. So I made a real Windows app. Your recordings never leave your PC: there are no servers storing your videos, so there is no monthly bill to pass on to you. Pay once, keep it.

Yes. No subscription does not mean no updates. I use Screen Glide for my own promo videos, so I keep improving it as I go: better encoding, smoother edits, and whatever I learn about video along the way. On the list: a mobile version to record your phone's screen, and more editing built in, like transitions and text. You can request a feature or report a bug right from the app, and I read them every day. It stays a side project, so updates come when they are ready, and every one is included in your $10.

$10, once, for one PC. No subscription, no account, and updates are included.

No. You pay $10 once and keep it. Need it on a second PC? Each PC needs its own license.

Record with Screen Glide and use your PC as usual. When you stop, every click is already a zoom: the camera eases in, holds while you work there, and eases back out. You can move, resize or delete any zoom on the timeline.
